We have a shop that
is available for blasting and painting. This is
ideal for the refurbishing of equipment and the
coating of structural steel before its
installation. We can accept small personal jobs to
large scale industrial orders. Either will be taken
care of with great care and professionalism.
Automotive parts, frames and body work is gladly
accepted, but it is recommended that all items that
are not to be blasted are removed and that any body
work made of thin metal is not recommended for
anything other then soda (sodium bicarbonate)
blasting. Any item with thin metal is subject to
warping from heat caused by blasting, only soda
blasting is suitable for thin metal. Soda blasting
is more expensive then sand blasting and other
similar media. Items that are to be blasted only
should be picked up the same day that it is
completed. Surface rust can form very quickly after
blasting, and while we will do everything we can to
prevent and slow this we can not prevent rust from
forming for very long.
For small orders we offer white or black paint, if you would like to have a custom color used then there will be additional costs. Also if the customer chooses to use a custom color or finish, we prefer that they pick the color that they would like to use directly from a paint store. We can recommend stores to purchase the paint from as well as what type and the quantity needed. For large industrial orders this will not be necessary for all the paint purchased but it is recommended for the first item to verify that the paint is the correct color unless it is a standardized color. Items that are painted with a customer selected color will not be refinished do to a error in the color tint for free unless it is a result of our wrong doing.
There is a $100 minimum.

In many cases a picture will be suitable, but there will be times that the item must be seen in person to give an accurate quote.
